Our office had the pleasure of working with Streamline Roofing Services, LLC recently on the historic “Ellsworth” building on old Main Street in South Windsor. Specializing in municipal and historic preservation projects, our requirements for the project were stringent and included complete replacement of the slate roof, built-in gutters, and adherence to state and local bidding, wage, and reporting requirements. 

Streamline’s bidding documents were clear and complete, as were their submittals and financial paperwork throughout the project. Under direct management and supervision of owner Damien Teed, the project went smoothly from start to finish. Damien and the Streamline crew had care and concern for the project’s quality and safety, and they worked efficiently and carefully. The craftsmanship, which included custom copper work, was excellent.
